Cynthia Watson

     Cynthia Watson grew up in the Willamette Valley where she learned to enjoy the outdoors.  She began working in the jewelry industry in 1975 while she was attending Oregon State University.  When she transferred to the University of Hawaii, she worked at Security Diamond in Honolulu for 4 years.

     Cynthia returned home to Oregon and managed French’s Jewelry in downtown Albany until she joined Jackson’s in 1992.  Over the years she has developed an extensive knowledge of gems, diamonds, jewelry and fine watches.

     You can count on Cynthia to be outgoing and friendly.  She enjoys meeting new people, and she works hard at finding her customers the ideal piece to match their taste and price range.  You can recognize Cynthia by the American flag on her lapel.  She’s the proud mother of a U.S. Marine!

Kathy Swancutt

     While attending high school in the Portland area, Kathy Swancutt began working for a wholesale jeweler, and has worked in the jewelry business ever since.  She worked for a retail jeweler in Eugene while she earned her Advertising degree at the University of Oregon, and has worked here at Jackson’s since May of 1981. Throughout her career Kathy has taken diamond and jewelry classes so that she can continue to offer her customers sound sales, design, and repair advice.

Michael Sanders

   Michael Sanders started in the jewelry industry in 1993, at a national jewelry chain.  He continued in the industry while working on his marketing degree at the University of Colorado.  After selling his communications company in Colorado, he moved to Oregon and returned to the industry working for Ben Bridge Jewelers.

   In 2003, Michael transitioned to Jackson Jewelers. He has been continuing his jewelry knowledge with classes from the Gemological Institute of America.  He enjoys helping his customers find just the right item for their special occasion. Michael also enjoys spending time with his clients, and designing the perfect piece for them.

Terri Snook

   Terri Snook has worked at Jackson Jewelers for over two years.  Before working for Jackson’s she was a manager for eight years at Motherhood Maternity in the Salem and Portland areas.  Terri has been learning all about jewelry from on-the- job training and is ready to help you with your next jewelry purchase.

Tyler Jackson

   Tyler Jackson has worked at Jackson Jewelers since the Christmas season of 1999, but that wasn’t the first time he set foot through the front door.  Tyler is the first son of owner Ralph Jackson, and the first grandson of founder Holly Jackson to join the family business.  As a child Tyler spent many hours in the store while his father worked.

     In 1997, after graduating from high school, he continued his education at Central Oregon Community College, where he graduated with an Associates of Science Degree with a concentration in Mathematics/Engineering.  Within the next year Tyler plans to attend the Gemological Institute of America to become a graduate gemologist.

     Following in his grandfather’s footsteps Tyler  is eager to help you with your next jewelry design project.

Brett Jackson

     Jackson Jewelers is proud to introduce the newest employee to its talented sales staff, the youngest son of owner Ralph Jackson, and the second grandson of founder Holly Jackson  to join the family business.
