In 1970, Ralph Jackson, the owner, began working with his parents (the founders of the store in 1944) and his brother. Ralph now works with his two sons and five other employees. Tyler Jackson has been a member of the sales team since 2000. Brett Jackson joined the store in 2005 and earned his Graduate Gemology (GG) degree in 2006.
